About the Firm

In 1987, Gerard Glass, Maureen Glass and Rick Lazio opened the law firm of Glass, Lazio & Glass. In 1992, Rick Lazio was elected to the United States House of Representatives and the law firm was renamed Glass & Glass. Glass & Glass is located on Main Street in the former Second District Court building in Babylon Village.

As general practitioners, Glass & Glass has engaged in a wide spectrum of civil and criminal litigation at both State and Federal levels. The firm has successfully represented numerous clients in the areas of real estate, divorce and family law, criminal law, civil litigation, personal injury, business law, land use and zoning, municipal law and wills and estates.

The lawyers of Glass & Glass represent a diverse clientele including small to midsize corporations, small mom and pop businesses, as well as individuals. Glass & Glass has served as general counsel to the Village of Lindenhurst since 1987 and is also attorney for a number of other municipal boards, departments and agencies.
