CIVIL LITIGATION

We have had extensive experience in the handling of many civil litigation matters.

We approach each client and each case on a personal basis, since no two cases are the same. Each client is given the attention they deserve. If settlement is possible, we pursue it. There is no point in wasting time and money on unnecessary, protracted litigation. We believe in alternate dispute resolution in some circumstances. The costs can be far less and the result much quicker.
